Who runs York Driveways
York Driveways is a trading name of 360 Media Works Ltd, company number 12691769, registered office Varsity House, C/O A E Scott & Co, Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3TS. It is responsible, as the data controller, for what happens to the information you give us on yorkdriveway.co.uk. Privacy questions are welcome at info@yorkdriveway.co.uk.
Personal data we receive
When you fill in the quote form we receive what you type into it: normally your name, phone number, email address and postcode, plus anything you tell us about the driveway job. We use it to answer your enquiry. There are no accounts or logins on this site.
Who we share information with
Only our own team and the service providers named on this page see your enquiry, and only so it can be dealt with. Apart from the service providers described on this page, no one else receives your details.
How long we keep it
We don't keep enquiries indefinitely: two years after you last got in touch, they are deleted.
The legal grounds we rely on
UK data protection law lets us use your information because you have requested a quote, which is a step before a contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
The form and where data is stored
We use a form service from HighLevel (also known as LeadConnector), loaded from api.leadconnectorhq.com. As our data processor it holds submitted enquiries for us. HighLevel operates from the United States, and international transfers of your details are made under the safeguards contained in its processing terms.
What the form stores in your browser
Like most embedded forms, ours needs some browser storage. The provider's servers see technical information (IP address, browser type) and set the __cf_bm security cookie. Local storage keys beginning v2_ or v3_ record your visit so the enquiry shows the page you used, and form_progress_ saves your place in the form. Clearing your browser data removes them; the cookie notice has the full list.
Hosting and site security
Cloudflare provides the hosting. Its systems see your IP address and browser information whenever a page is requested, which is needed to send the page and filter out malicious traffic. No visitor analytics or ad tracking is used.
Keeping the form free of spam
The form runs Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending it. It also fetches supporting files, such as fonts, from its provider's servers. No Facebook or advertising pixel is set up on it.
What you can ask us to do
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold, to correct it, to have it erased and to object to or limit its use. Send requests to info@yorkdriveway.co.uk; we respond within a month.
Complaints
Should you remain dissatisfied, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) deals with data protection complaints in the UK.
If this notice changes
Changes will be published here, with a new date at the top of the page.
